How To Send Google Analytic Access
Step 1: Sign in to Google Analytics
- Go to Google Analytics.
- Sign in with your Google account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Admin Section
- In the lower-left corner, click on the Admin gear icon.
Step 3: Select the Account, Property, or View
- Under the Account, Property, or View column (depending on the level of access you want to grant), select the specific account, property, or view you want to grant access to.
Step 4: Access Management
- In the desired column (Account, Property, or View), click on Account/Property/View Access Management.
Step 5: Add New User
- Click on the blue + icon in the upper right corner, then select Add users.
Step 6: Enter User Details
- Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to.
- Choose the level of access (permissions):
- Read & Analyze: Can view reports and data but can’t make changes.
- Edit: Can make changes to the configuration settings.
- Collaborate: Can create personal assets and collaborate on shared assets.
- Manage Users: Can add and remove users and assign permissions.
- If you want to notify the user, check the “Notify new users by email” option.
Step 7: Save
- Click Add to grant access.
The person you added will receive an email notification with a link to access the Google Analytics account.
